To awaken Kundalini as a couple, a deep understanding of love is essential. Kundalini is Love. The highest Love. Manifested in all dimensions, from the physical manifestation to the Divine manifestation of it. Here are some thoughts on love by a friend of mine.

We think that love is something that comes and goes with the change of circumstances, we are afraid to lose it at times and grasp at the object of our love even stronger or we think we don’t have it and spend all our life searching for it. But that all together is what obscures the direct experience of true caring, true love, which underlines any manifestation, of this moment. It doesn’t need to be labeled or explained in words of promises and expectations, it simply is happening within the unconstructed, undivided and unconditioned field of Now. Love to all.
